The core issue in this Constitutional Crisis turns out to be a very simple argument indeed.
It does not matter what Obama’s Birth Certificate says because no matter what
he does not meet the requirement of “Natural Born Citizen”.
This is the heart of the Donofrio suit. This is what the Justices will decide to hear or not.
Here is a direct quote from Donofrio:
I have REPEATEDLY stated that Obama can release a golden birth certificate signed by 100 gazzillion witnesses embossed in gold leaf that he was born on the mall in Washington DC and it still wouldn’t make him a “Natural Born Citizen” under the Constitution because he was, regardless of where he was born, a BRITISH citizen “at birth.” Since he was “born” as a British citizen/subject, his United States citizenship was not “natural”.
There is no dispute about Obama’s parentage. His father was a British Citizen, and his mother was a United States citizen. Therefore, Obama was both a subject/citizen of the British monarchy as well as a United States citizen “at birth”. His place of birth won’t change that no matter where he was born. The WND letter solicitation fails to point that out and as such is doing harm to public awarenesss.
Here’s why: if Obama produces a genuine vault kept birth certificate from Hawaii that satisfies every possible requirement, many people will be under the mistaken impression that he is a natural born citizen. World Net Daily needs to correct that solicitation and let its readers know that Obama is not eligible regardless of where he was born.
Check out if you like all of the information below but keep well in mind the strongest of the cases quoted above.
The Beginning:
The issue of the Barack Obama citizenship challenges arrived in a spam email several weeks before the election. It was an accident I ever saw any of this because I seldom open anything that remotely looks like spam.
At first I thought it was a joke but was interested enough to follow the link. Then began running searches to see what popped up on the internet.
I was shocked to find this issue had been going on since Aug 2008 and not a peep from main stream news. Of course I would not expect CBS, NBC or MSNBC to report any of this because their news worthiness tanked about 10 years ago and is on the verge of a flush now. However I heard not a peep from cable either.
Once I found the legal documents filed on the internet for all to read (original suit filed Aug. 11, 2008). Outrage began to set in. EVERYONE seemed more interested in Sarah Palin’s outfit and shoes than the fact that Barack Obama had been sued in Pennsylvania Federal Court over failing to adequately prove his citizenship.
My outrage was simple … why no reports?
Perhaps there was no merit to the case BUT I did not hear any of the big media people reporting it on TV.
WHY?
Have our news outlets been reduced to trivia and propaganda?
First popped up the “Certificate of Live Birth” issue.
The video below provides an analysis of Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth by Dr. Ron Polarik detailing the factors contributing to his conclusion that the document is not authentic. “Dr. Polarik” is a pseudonym and his identity is obscured in this video.
On 25 October Hon. R. Barclay Surrick dismissed Philip Berg’s lawsuit challenging Illinois Sen. Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve as president of the United States, on grounds that the Philadelphia attorney and former Deputy Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania lacked standing.
More details on this decision
here.
What is a natural born citizen?
Philip Berg delivered a Writ of Certiorari to the U. S. Supreme Court on Oct. 30, 2008. If you have the time (32 minutes)the video below is fairly explicit in detailing the process of why Berg feels this is important to all Americans.
UPDATES:
The fourth law suit, challenging Obama’s citizenship and Natural Born status has reached the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS).
1. Phil Berg (PA) — An answer from Barack Obama is due at SCOTUS by December 1st. Berg claims that Obama is not a constitutionally-qualified, natural-born citizen and is ineligible to assume the office of President of the United States.”
2. Leo Donofrio (NJ) — The case is scheduled for conference by all 9 SCOTUS judges on December 5th. Donofrios’ suit is against Nina Wells, the New Jersey Secretary of State, claiming that she had not performed her duty to ensure the integrity of the electoral process.
3. Chris Strunk (NY) — Filed with SCOTUS last week. Strunk had filed a Freedom of Information Request to the Department of State seeking information regarding Barack Obama’s mother’s foreign travel records as well as a stay of the Electoral College voting until such time as this paperwork is provided to the Electors.
4. Cort Wrotnowski (CT) — Filed his second case with SCOTUS yesterday. Wrotnowski claims Connecticut Secretary of the State Susan Bysiewicz should not have placed Obama’s name on the ballot without verifying his eligibility for POTUS.
It does not matter if you believe this information to be true or not. THE POINT IS THERE IS QUESTION?
EVERY citizen who believes in the Constitution should DEMAND this matter be settled NOW.
A Petition to sign. Let your voice be heard. We are the People!
I signed HAVE YOU!
A Cajun man wants a job, but the foreman won’t hire him until he passes a little math test.
Here is your first question, the foreman said. “Without using numbers, represent the number 9.”
“Without numbers?” The Cajun says, “Dat is easy.” And proceeds to draw three trees.
“What’s this?” the boss asks?
“Ave you got no brain? Tree and tree and tree make nine,” says the Cajun.
“Fair enough,” says the boss.
“Here’s your second question. Use the same rules, but this time the number is 99.”
The Cajun stares into space for a while, then picks up the picture that he has just drawn and makes a smudge on each tree. “Ere you go.”
The boss scratches his head and says, “How on earth do you get that to represent 99?”
“Each of da trees is dirty now. So, it’s dirty tree, and dirty tree, and dirty tree. Dat is 99.”
The boss is getting worried that he’s going to actually have to hire this Cajun, so he says, “All right, last question. Same rules again, but represent the number 100.”
The Cajun stares into space some more, then he picks up the picture again and makes a little mark at the base of each tree and says, “Ere you go. One hundred.”
The boss looks at the attempt. “You must be nuts if you think that represents a hundred!”
The Cajun leans forward and points to the marks at the base of each tree and says, “A little dog come along and pooped by each tree. So now you got dirty tree and a turd, dirty tree and a turd, and dirty tree and a turd, which makes one hundred.”
“So, when I start?”
A few weeks back I happened to be watching “The View” ONLY because I had missed Bill O’Reilly skewer Joy Behar and ready her for BBQ. I missed the whole interview with O’Reilly but did see comments from Ms. Behar slice, dice and ginsu Sarah Palin’s clothing while cooing over how well dressed Michelle Obama always was.
My first thought at that moment was “you have got to be kidding” can’t the Obama team get Michelle a really GOOD designer? Of course after Michelle’s first comment and thoughts on how “not proud” of America she was … I could see the logic in keeping her out of focus a bit.
My second though was “thank GOD” Ms. Behar (no fashion diva herself) has no influence on “the fashion industry” in America today.
Then came the Obama acceptance speech with president elect Obama, his 2 beautiful daughters, and the first lady to be. I found myself exclaiming “WHERE DID SHE GET THAT DRESS?” Followed by “who soaked them for that and how much”? Followed by I could have whipped up better than that in my 9th grade sewing class.
As you can see I do a lot of talking to the TV when I am by myself.
The dust had no sooner began to settle when all of a sudden the remake of the Obama family began. He could walk on water and she was the next Jackie Kennedy of fashion. I am not sure about the water thing yet but I can not remember said first lady (yes I am old enough to remember the impeccable Jackie Kennedy) looking like she shopped at the nearest salvation army thrift store.
During the entire campaign I heard NOT one comment on the beautifully dressed Cindy McCain.
Where is the balanced FAIR news coverage today?
Oh I know! there is none.
Apparently the Republican side of the isle considers this kind of stuff trivia … I must admit so do I.
Then the other day an email hit my inbox from a friend. The irony of it all provided me with a more than hardy laugh for the day.
Normally that would have been the end of it but with the other side of the fence obsessing over “this kind of trivia” I felt it only fair to offer perspective from the opposing camp.
I am still wondering if this was an accident or some noted designers sad joke?
It as usual is up to you to decide.

One of the people on Joe the Plumber Forum (Shelly I think) posted this. I laughed so hard tears were running down my cheeks. I think I will set up a section for Funny Things. We all need to have a light hearted chuckle daily. Anyway I wrote Tom Adkins and asked him for permission and he granted it so I am grateful so you enjoy too.
WHITE GUILT IS DEAD
Free at last, free at last!
By Tom Adkins
Look at my fellow conservatives! There they go, glumly shuffling along, depressed by the election aftermath. Not me. I’m virtually euphoric.
Don’t get me wrong. I’m not thrilled with America’s flirtation with neo-socialism. But there’s a massive silver lining in those magical clouds that lofted Barack Obama to the Presidency. For today, without a shred of intellectually legitimate opposition, I can loudly proclaim to America: The Era of White Guilt is over.
This seemingly impossible event occurred because the vast majority of white Americans didn’t give a fluff about skin color, and enthusiastically pulled the voting lever for a black man. Not just any black man. A very liberal black man who spent his early career race-hustling banks, praying in a racist church for 20 years, and actively worked with America-hating domestic terrorists. Wow! Some resume! Yet they made Barack Obama their leader. Therefore, as of November 4th, 2008, white guilt is dead.
For over a century, the millstone of white guilt hung around our necks, retribution for slave-owning predecessors. In the 60s, American liberals began yanking that millstone while sticking a fork in the eye of black Americans, exacerbating the racial divide to extort a socialist solution. But if a black man can become President, exactly what significant barrier is left? The election of Barack Obama absolutely destroys the entire validation of liberal white guilt. The dragon is hereby slain.
So today, I’m feeling a little “uppity,” if you will. From this day forward, my tolerance level for having my skin color hustled is now exactly ZERO. And it’s time to clean house. No more Reverend Wright’s “God Damn America,” Al Sharpton’s Church of Perpetual Victimization, or Jesse Jackson’s rainbow racism. Cornell West? You’re a fraud. Go home. All those “black studies” programs that taught kids to hate whitey? You must now thank Whitey. And I want that on the final.
Congressional Black Caucus? Irrelevant. Maxine Waters? Shut up. ACORN? Outlawed. Black Panthers? Go home and pet your kitty. Black separatists? Find another nation that offers better dreams. Go ahead. I’m waiting.
Gangsta rappers? Praise America. Begin with the Pledge of Allegiance. And please, no more ebonics. Speak English, and who knows where you might end up? Oh, yeah, pull up your pants. Your underwear is showing. You look stupid.
Black Fraternities? Seek diversity. Race Card? It’s now the joker. Miss Black America? Get in line with all the other lovely ladies. Reparations? Paid.
To those Eurosnots who forged entire careers hating America? I’m still waiting for the first black French President.
And let me offer an equal opportunity whupping. I’ve always despised lazy white people. Now, I can talk smack about lazy black people. You’re poor because you quit school, did drugs, had three kids with three different fathers, and refuse to work. So when you plop your Colt 45-swilling, Oprah watchin’ butt on the couch and complain “Da Man is keepin’ me down!!!” allow me to inform you: Da Man is now black. You have no excuses.
No more quotas. No more handouts. No more stealing my money because someone’s great-great-great-great grandparents suffered actual pain and misery at the hands of people I have no relation to, and personally revile.
It’s time to toss that massive, obsolete race-hustle machine upon the heap of the other stupid 60s ideas. Drag it over there, by wife swapping, next to dope-smoking. Plenty of room right between free love and cop-killing. Careful, don’t trip on streaking. There ya go, don’t be gentle. Just dump it. Wash your hands. It’s filthy.
In fact, Obama’s ascension created a gargantuan irony. How can you sell class envy and American unfairness when you and your black wife went to Ivy League schools, got high-paying jobs, became millionaires, bought a mansion, and got elected President? How unfair is that??? Now, Like a delicious O’Henry tale, Obama’s spread-the-wealth campaign rendered itself moot by it’s own victory! America is officially a meritocracy. Obama’s election has validated American conservatism!
So, listen carefully … “Wham!!!”
That’s the sound of my foot kicking the door shut on the era of white guilt. The rites have been muttered, the carcass lowered, dirt shoveled, and tombstone erected. White guilt is dead and buried.
However, despite my glee, there’s apparently one small, rabid bastion of American racism remaining. Black Americans voted 96% for Barack Obama. Hmmm. In a color-blind world, shouldn’t that be 50-50? Tonight, every black person should ask forgiveness for their apparent racism and prejudice towards white people. Maybe it’s time to start spreading that guilt around.

Senate Democrats voted on whether Joe Lieberman should retain the chairmanship of the Homeland Security Committee, a panel he largely created by drafting legislation for the Department of Homeland Security after the 9/11 attacks. They conducted that vote by secret ballot rather than publicly state their positions.
I find this a little ironic since they support the Employee Free Choice Act (H.R. 800, S. 1041) which is legislation in the United States that aims to “amend the National Labor Relations Act.
In short it stops the “secret ballot” process for workers who might or might not want to join a union.

Point of Law
This is a nonpartisan very informative film and I felt it was well worth the 30 minutes of time to watch it. If you are at all in doubt about how serious this economic crisis actually is this is a must see.
The film is produced by the Peter G. Peterson Foundation:
Founded by the senior chairman of The Blackstone Group with a personal commitment of at least $1 billion, the Foundation is dedicated to increasing public awareness of the nature and urgency of key fiscal challenges threatening America’s future, and to accelerating action on them. To address these challenges successfully, we work to bring Americans together to find sensible, long-term solutions that transcend age, party lines and ideological divides in order to achieve real results.
My goodness … this morning I open my mail to a letter inviting me to join RepublicanForAReason.com
I figured it was a good time to give the RNC a piece of my mind even though I probably do not have that much left in my old age to give away.
Here is the whole letter I sent their way. They cut it off at the bottom then lo and behold it did not show up at all.
So I can only assume either they are looking over each post first (another waste of donation money) or will dump it before it hits the viewing public. Or I suppose it could also be that everyone is trying to post at once and flooding the system. We will see but for now you can see what I had to say.
———————————————-
Dear Robert M. ‘Mike’ Duncan (RNC Chairman),
You wanted my opinion? Well here it is.
I have been a registered Republican from the time I was old enough to vote. Not a general election has passed without my taking the time to prep the issue and get to a poll to make my voice heard. Today I am 67.
For the last 3 general elections the choices for president were bad and worse.
This election selection was “THE WORST” in those 47 years.
I was so tired of the Washington antics on both sides I seriously thought about a write in of “the roadrunner”. When McCain emerged as our party choice I moved to the Obama side of the fence (at least he was new and fresh). Then Pailin entered the picture. What a spark she added to the ticket. It was clear from (the reaction) of the opposition they were stunned that Obama had met his rising star match.
NO ONE generates that much “opposition vitriol” without “stark fear” being the base cause. My guess was had Sarah Palin had an equal start (as President) to Barack Obama she would have beat him in a landslide.
After the election when the Sarah bashing erupted from McCain staff?
When McCain stood silent for a week?
That situation was the defining moment … it was the proverbial straw.
I AM DONE!
I will reregister as an independent.
It is time ALL of us who are “center of the road people” join together. We no longer are being governed by “we the people”.
This whole 2008 election process was a disgrace. There clearly was “voter impropriety” if not “blatant fraud”. There is anarchy in the streets over proposition 8 in CA. For the second time it could happen that the people’s vote is overturned by some renegade judges who somehow forget their place in the scheme of things.
I am tired to the teeth of OUR ELECTED officials lining their pockets with salary and benefits (for a stint) that are more than the average worker makes in a lifetime. While literally doing nothing for “the people” but sitting on their own thumbs.
We now sit on the brink of financial disaster caused by 2 parties that are totally worthless. Two parties that were trusted to watch out for “we the people”.
Honestly I must consider perhaps Al-qaeda could and would do a better job. At least the public knows where they stand. “We the people” are still reeling from the shock over the betrayal of our own government.
It is time “we the people” get off our dead duffs and become interested and connected to our own coalition that is vested in a “WE”.
Was our government designed to be a career opportunity?
When did government office turn into a career opportunity for those who produce nothing but long winded hot air? (perhaps that can be harnessed into alternative energy to recover at least part of their unearned salary)
Over the years there have been people who served the people well. Others have been a miserable flop and totally sucked. The later seems to be the case today. Did I hear somewhere our Congress has an approval rate of 18% by “we the people”?
Stop and think about it … if any of us out here in the work force had that kind of rate on our job we would have been drop kicked into the nearest unemployment line in a nanosecond.
So what is wrong with this picture?
Let me see … they go to Washington … serve 3 days playing tiddly winks which now entitles them to WHAT?
A benefit package that would stagger an elephant … FOR LIFE? And they don’t pay into SOCIAL SECURITY?
I have to tell you guys that does not make me very confident that the fund I paid into for well over 40 years is that sound.
You know what? I do not know ANYONE worth that.
Who do these people think they are anyway?
Clearly they forgot how they got to Washington to start.
THEY WORK FOR US!
Their pay comes from our back breaking effort and they take our hard earned tax dollars and piss them off on a billion dollar toilet seat in Timbuktu (while getting a kickback, campaign donation or whatever terminology they think will fly over our head at mach … of a few mil).
I suggest maybe its time to CHANGE the system.
How about some of these little billion dollar projects (“we the people” are expected to pay) start being funded out of the politicians own pockets? (boy I bet that would bring about change fast enough to give us all whiplash)
I like the policy of … you think it up … YOU PAY.
Isn’t that how it goes in your household?
I heard something in a poker game one time that I will never forget.
A player said to a poker dealer … “Hey Betty why don’t you back me in this poker game” … her response was “why would I back someone that will not back himself”? The game paused while the whole table ROTFLOAO (rolled on the floor laughing our asses off).
The meaning was so profound I never forgot it.
No doubt you all think I am MAD AS HELL.
Not true I am waaaaaaay past mad I have come back to center and am looking at the cold hard reality saying to all of you it’s time this is stopped.
How can “we the people” bring about this change?
This was a question asked on the “Joe the plumber” site.
It is certainly worthy of an answer for all wanting to participate.
Of course you can donate either time, money or both to someone you would like to see and trust to truly represent you.
But on a more base level you can:
Network!
Get a BLOG!
YES your own personal BLOG. They are FREE.
Link those blogs with one another make a NETWORK.
Let me give you an example of how it worked for me. In 1995 I started a personal website (my whim). I leaped on my soap box and voiced my opinion about anything and everything (my concept was God gave me a voice, this country gave me the RIGHT to use it as I see fit). Back then the internet was new and growing (and NO Al Gore was not responsible or a part thereof). There were others just like me and we grouped together for fun. Soon we began to link our sites to display our thoughts. Then we began to move into world issues and the network grew. It did not take long before I ran smack into the corruption of government on the local level. At first I thought it was simply a Tennessee “good ole boy” system. I quickly found it went all the way up the ladder to heads of state. Then suddenly I realized MA was down the tubes also and the beat went on. You can imagine the shock and dismay of a very naive patriot. How can this happen?
Finally I realized I and my growing group of cohorts could not do ANY of this alone. We had to engage the rest of the nation. One morning I had what I considered a “divine inspiration” (you know one of those things that you go HOLY SMOKE what a GREAT IDEA! … we all have them we just don’t all follow through) … I understood not everyone had the ability or inclination to write and publish for a mass cause. So I designed pages and asked others on the internet (of like mind) to MIRROR those pages. The concept behind this request was simply (at that time I had about 10,000 group leaders working beside me) the more viewing pages on the internet about the exact same subject the better the exposure. Those people who knew nothing about my own site just might get the same information from Peggy Sue. Keep in mind Google was only a twinkle and yet to be born. Yahoo was an elitist group that deemed it their right and privilege to first approve anyone they added to their search system. OUR SYSTEM of network linking thank heaven over-road their search system and we all thrived and survived on our own.
Within months my own personal website (the one created out of whim) was having 60,000 unique visitors a month. I knew nothing of this until the isp called and was wondering … WHY? … the call went something like this “are you running warez or porno somewhere on you site?” … the answer was “OF COURSE NOT! why do you ask?” I was as shocked as they were to find out exactly how successful my little “mirrored page idea” actually was. That website garnered that 60,000 unique visitors a month until 2001 when I quit updating it. All 300 pages remain today and the visitors have decreased to about 9,000 unique visitors a month. Not bad still for an old site ![]()
So the point is we gather support one person at a time. You know hundreds of people that I do not and vice versa. The more of us there are the more exposure there is to the issue. People that know and respect you will be more accepting of your point of view than that of someone they do not know.
So does your opinion and thought process count? YOU BET!
The real question remains WHO CHOOSES to stand up and be counted and for how long and under what opposition? ![]()
