How much of the national debt to you owe?

With tax day just around the corner, here are some daunting figures to consider: take the amount you owe the federal government this year in taxes and add $184,000 — that’s your personal share of the U.S. government’s $56.4 trillion in debts, other financial obligations, and unfunded promises. Each American household’s share is even greater — $483,000.
