Much of my life has been spent as an observer of behavior.
From the start my peg of Obama was a man of “much talk but few guts” if you know what I mean. You know the kind who is first to take cover (or worse) run when the first shots are fired. The kind you can not count on in an emergency situation.
With all of the hype about being ready to hit the ground running if elected it is clear to see that was not the case. (Where oh where is Sarah Palin when you need someone reliable?) There is one thing we can CERTAINLY count on THIS PRESIDENT to do.
Push everyone close by flat on their face if there is a photo-op close at hand.
I have to give him credit he excels at that!
Clearly protocol is not his strong suit and neither is it of his advisors.
Let me say it again … we have a clod in the White House.
Bush had a number of down sides but we can all say without equivocation decorum was not one of them.
Lack of leadership apparently raised its ugly head with the Somali pirate situation.
While the MSM was showering Obama with GREAT JOB ADULATION … the truth behind the scenes was Obama and his advisors hampered the rescue.
Reliable military sources close to the scene are accusing the president of employing restrictive rules of engagement that actually hampered the rescue of Capt. Richard Phillips and extended the drama at sea for days.
Multiple opportunities to free the captain of the Maersk Alabama from three young pirates were missed, these sources say – all because a Navy SEAL team was not immediately ordered to the scene and then forced to operate under strict, non-lethal rules of engagement.
