My late morning peace and quiet was interrupted by a call from my brother telling me Sarah Palin resigned her position as governor of Alaska.
As I watched the news that showed a video clip of the first part of her speech it shortly became evident how stupid the commentators are or how incredibly stupid they must think the public is.
What was she saying and WHAT DO YOU THINK SHE MEANT?
WHAT? … these journalists all failed listening comprehension 101?
Then the harangues from the left about how it was her political doom … that’s it Armageddon, she is a quitter no hope for her political future. The harangues from the right (from those who hope she goes down in flames) who pray they NOW have a chance in 2012.
As I listened to her clear and concise explanation and analogy about being the point guard in a basketball game … eye on the ball … clear understanding of what is best for the team … HANDING OFF THE BALL to someone NOW in a better position to make the winning shot.
I got the picture and I do not even like basketball. So what is wrong with the media?
Head up asses perhaps?
Here is just how out of touch the news brokers actually are … we the people are tired to the teeth of being double talked by politicians. THOSE NUMBERS INCREASE DAILY. Finally we have a WOMAN step to the political plate and speak from her heart. SPEAK THE SAME LANGUAGE that the EVERY AVERAGE JOE UNDERSTANDS AND RESPECTS.
Is there anyone out there who thinks this woman with as little experience as she might have today would NOT HAVE done 300% better than the guy we now have leading us now?
The writing is on the wall … OBAMA is a disaster to the USA in EVERY WAY. The only ones who think his policies are positive are ones who either have their hands out (gimme gimme) or think they will become even richer on the backs of our children and don’t give a flip.
To all of you women who think you are liberated and did not jump to her defense with all of the mud thrown her way … SHAME ON YOU … YOU ARE NOT worthy of the league of women I know.
