John Dummett and Liberty Legal vs. “Conservative” Media and Politicians
World Net Daily has just published a story involving John Albert Dummett (www.johndummett.us) and his quest to have Barak Obama declared ineligible to serve as President of the United States of America. The suit centers around the “natural born citizen” status requirement as stated in the Constitution, the Naturalization Act of 1790, and an 1875 Supreme Court decision, Minor vs. Happersett (88 US 162).
The following link will take you to the story for all of the details:
http://www.wnd.com/?pageId=360813
John has teamed up with the Liberty Legal Foundation (http://www.libertylegalfoundation.net/) in this effort to remove what I see as one of the most insidious attempts to subvert the Constitution in this nation’s 235 year history. The article points out that John has been given standing to sue by the 9th Circuit Court, the most liberal in the nation. If that bastion of liberal thinking agrees with John there must be something to the case. Where there is smoke there is fire and this fire is hot.
It has long been known that Obama is not eligible but was certified by Nancy Pelosi and other federal and state officials in what this writer sees as a totally unlawful and treasonous disregard for the Constitution of the United States of America and We the People. The long form birth certificate issued by the White House is such a poor forgery that I can see it and I am not a computer forensics expert.
If the title of this article surprises you I can explain. I expect the Democrats, especially the far left like Obama, Pelosi, and their ilk, along with the lame stream media, to ridicule and criticize this action. That can be expected by anyone with ability to reason. However, it is surprising to me how many “conservative” politicians and pundits dismiss this case, and those cases leading up to this one as nonsense.
I was listening to the Neal Boortz radio show this morning and heard sit-in host Eric Erickson ridiculing anyone who agreed with the ineligibility position and calling us all “nut cases”. He went on a long diatribe describing “native born citizen” and attributed the parameters he stated to “natural born citizen”. There is a great deal of confusion about this although I don’t know why. I don’t have a college education and I understand the parameters just fine.
Other “conservative” media pundits, including Bill O’Reilly and Sean Hannity, have dismissed the “birther” stand as nonsense also. Senator Jeff Sessions (R-Ala), a 15 year member of the United States Senate, also dismissed the eligibility question stating that the State Department said Obama was eligible and the Constitution has nothing to do with eligibility to run for president. HUH??? Apparently Sen. Sessions, in addition to not reading legislation passing his way, has also not read or does not understand the Constitution he swore an oath to uphold and defend. That problem seems to be rampant in both parties in Washington.
My question is: Why do they dismiss this so off-handedly? I can’t begin to imagine how so many “conservative” pundits and politicians can dismiss a decision against Obama by an extremely liberal circuit court. This decision could not only prevent Obama from running again, it could lead to everything he has signed being nullified. Obamacare gone; czars gone; Elena Kagan gone; Sonia Sotomayor gone; what is there to not like about this? On the surface this doesn’t make one bit of sense to me.
I think, however, that I can answer the question quite easily. It has recently come to my attention that Mitt Romney’s father was born in Mexico, thereby bringing his eligibility into question. However, as it relates to Romney, his father’s birthplace is the least of my objections. Mr. Erickson also brought up Marco Rubio, the heir-apparent to the Republican throne, as another person mentioned as not eligible. I have researched Mr. Rubio and found him to be ineligible also. I have written about the Rubio case more than once. The sad thing is that I really like Marco Rubio and everything he stands for. Even though I respect and admire him, and his positions, my loyalty is to the Constitution first. I have also looked into Bobby Jindal, another man I admire very much, but guess what.
The question here is: Do we follow the Constitution when it is convenient or do we live by its tenets completely? I understand that the politicians have strayed far from the original letter and intent of the document and find it easier to do what is in their best interests rather than follow what our founding fathers laid down as the guideposts for our nation. I don’t need any further explanations about what is wrong with America today. We the People do not matter, power matters. Both parties fight over who will control government with no regard for the people they are supposed to be SERVING.
Both parties have taken young Muslim men who can’t count to ten with both hands in front of them, set them up with fake bombs and targets, and then arrested them in the name of “Homeland Security”. I think they call that entrapment!! Officials hail themselves as doing a wonderful job protecting our homeland but are they? Not in my book. They break their arms patting themselves on the back for playing poor idiots as patsies. The only two attacks I know about that weren’t planned by federal agents, the shoe bomber and the underwear bomber, were thwarted by private citizens alert to something amiss and the incompetence of the would-be attackers.
This isn’t only about Barak Obama; it is about politics and the corruption that permeates every pore of it. This is about We the People once again gaining control of our future and restoring America as the “shining city on a hill” described by John Winthrop in the 1700’s. It is about honor, integrity, and the rule of law. It is about following the blueprint given to us by those who fought valiantly and defeated the strongest nation in the world at the time.
The Solyndra scandal is not the sole property of the Democrat Party. Under Republican rule we had Enron, questionable money going to Halliburton, and on and on. Political corruption and vote buying has been a part of Washington as long as I have been around and I date back to the middle of the last century (1950). Cronyism has long been the font of the ruling class, making sure those who give money to politicians of either party get their money back with interest.

Our forefathers, the men who wrote two of the greatest documents ever written, pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor to establish the United States of America. Generations of men and women have fought and died to preserve this nation. We have strayed so far from what they established with the help of Divine Providence, that they would not recognize this nation today.
John Dummett is a common man, not a politician, not a wealthy wanta-be looking for a title to make him a legend in his own mind as most of the ruling class tends to be. His desire is to live by the Constitution and bring this country back to its design. I support him, as do many other “commoners”, the “country class” of America. We have been ruled by the Ivy League know-it-alls for much too long. Our nation has turned into a quagmire of evil, increasing poverty, class envy, and divisiveness by those who seek to rule rather than govern. Both parties enrich their friends while promising We the People the moon. You know the old saying, “divide and conquer”.
The goal of John Albert Dummett, Liberty Legal Foundation, and many common American citizens is to restore our nation to what it was designed to be, government OF the People, BY the People, and FOR the People. God and our founding fathers gave us a wonderful way of life, full of freedom, full of liberty, full of promise, and what have we done with it?
It is up to We the People to take our country back. Unfortunately we will have to fight a war on two fronts. We have to fight the liberals, George Soros, and the “Occupy Wall Street” morons who aren’t smart enough to put two sentences together, as well as the so-called conservative media and politicians who do not want to give up their gravy train to those of us “too stupid to know what is good for us”.
Ladies and Gentlemen, the ruling elites are all around us. They are found on both sides of the political aisle and until we get enough common people into office to blunt their agenda we are in danger of dictatorship and slavery. Remember, it was George W. Bush and a Republican Congress that gave us the Patriot Act, a misnamed law if I ever saw one. In the name of protecting us they turned the noose of slavery one notch tighter.
John Dummett and the Liberty Legal Foundation are working for us, the common citizen of all colors, all economic categories, and all ethnic groups. They are trying to restore We the people as the arbiters of freedom, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We need to support them.
I submit this in the name of the Most Holy Trinity, in faith, with the responsibility given to me by Almighty god to honor His work and not let it die from neglect.

Politico and the Hoped for Hatchet Job on Herman Cain.
Most of us know by now Politico writers JONATHAN MARTIN & MAGGIE HABERMAN & ANNA PALMER & KENNETH P. VOGEL wrote what they hope will be the downfall of Herman Cain.
One thing is clear the Cain opposition is terrified of his rapid advancement in the polls.
Will this bit of ANONYMOUS dirt reporting work?
Probably not.
Why?
Because the public is so tired of this kind of hypocrisy … it’s in one ear and out the other.
Bill Clinton raised the bar for this kind of behavior.
I have perused a number of sites reporting this information and even watched Cain defend himself on Greta. Read hundreds of comments on the blogs from supporters and those who hope to see Cain bite the dust over this situation.
A comment from Beyond Partisan … “Shame on you, @politico, for publishing a smear story against Cain based on anonymous sources, while you never dig into Obama’s past.”
Let me further add. There is plenty of dirt to dig up on Obama without a peep from Politico.
Get your lazy butts in gear JONATHAN MARTIN, MAGGIE HABERMAN, ANNA PALMER or KENNETH P. VOGEL … lets hear some real reporting from you for a change. None of that has to be SLIGHT OF HAND its right out in the open for EVERYONE TO SEE AND REPORT.
If I can dig it up so can you.
How about a little digging on the Obama/DNC lawsuit by Larry Sinclair who alleges Obama is a closet bisexual with whom he had sexual and drug-related encounters in November 1999? How about the unsolved murder of Donald Young the 47-year-old choir master at former Rev. Jeremiah Wright’s Trinity United Church of Christ and the Barack Obama connection to him?
Those are simply 2 of the tons buried or ignored by the main stream media today. Here is 56 minutes of pretty good stuff (already documented for you) to sink your teeth into Politico.
So what is the POLITICO REALITY?
Yellow journalism AT BEST?
DUPLICITOUS HYPOCRISY AT WORST!
Whatever the case … certainly a waste of time for those of you looking for the truth.
We are finding the anointed one, Barak Obama, gaining confidence in his ability to circumvent the Constitution and Congress to implement any rule he desires. In the last week he has gone on the campaign trail, at taxpayer expense of course, to tell We the People that if Congress is reticent in its willingness to implement the changes he wants that he will do it by executive order, in spite of what the Constitution says. He first suggested he would bypass Congress to implement new home loan guarantees backed by Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, at the expense of We the People of course, and now has floated the idea that he will minimize payment requirements or forgive student loans by executive order. Of course, when you get to the meat of the student loan idea it turns out to be a lie to deceive them. Obama wants to bypass Congress to get the support of these student loan people but not really help them when the rubber meets the road.
I find it alarming that Obama sees himself as the only arbiter of law in the United States, and that he believes he can totally bypass Congress and implement anything he wants to implement. Does anyone besides me see any similarities to despots around the world, past and present? Obama’s own party has refused to consider his “jobs bill”, and they aren’t likely to jump into the middle of this rerun of the housing problem this close to an election. I believe that Democrats in Congress, or at least most of them, see the handwriting on the wall and fear another shellacking like 2010 coming. Have you noticed there are no sponsors of this “jobs bill” in either house of Congress, not even from Democrats? If the Republicans, who only have 47 votes in the Senate, are willing to vote on Obama’s “jobs bill” why doesn’t Harry Reid bring it to the floor for that vote? Could it be that Reid doesn’t want to put Democrats on the spot, knowing that this tax hike disguised as a “jobs bill” is a disaster waiting to happen?
I find it interesting that the same people who called George W. Bush a fascist support the government funding of banks, stock brokerage houses, and automobile companies. When the government bailed out the automobile companies the unions received the bulk of the money. Taxpayers and secured bondholders, those first in line by law, got the shaft. When the government bailed out the banks and brokerages much of the money went to branches or subsidiaries outside the country, and what stayed in the country went to those in charge of the companies in the form of huge bonuses, financed by We the people. Now the billions of taxpayer money that have been sunk into the phony “green energy” companies go to shareholders, people like George Kaiser, a billionaire and bundler for Barak Obama. Kaiser says he never spoke to anyone in the Obama administration about Solyndra, and it probably can’t be proven whether he did or did not have those conversations, but it certainly doesn’t pass the smell test with this taxpayer. Since the Solyndra scandal surfaced we find cases of other companies in the same situation and our tax money supporting those who have questionable ties to government officials. Is this a case of crony capitalism helping with the process of destroying capitalism?
We face a danger not previously seen in my lifetime and too many people either can’t or won’t see what is going on. The very people in the Democrat Party who decried the TEA Party, i.e. Barak Obama and Nancy Pelosi, as Nazi’s and violent angry mobs see the Wall Street protestors as patriots, true American heroes standing up for their “rights”. It is truly amazing to me to see the contrast between the TEA Party rallies and this mob of morons. When you look at the litter, public sexual activity, public nudity, open drug trafficking and use, defecating on police cars in the Wall Street protests, and don’t get me started on the interviews with the media, I find the contrast to the TEA Party rallies to be staggering.
The Wall Street nuts are a problem but not our main problem. Those people are only the pawns, the “useful idiots”, of those who seek to enslave all of us, including those protesting. I wonder why they aren’t in Washington protesting against the graft and corruption that is so apparent that they should be able to see it easily and clearly.
Governor Beverly Perdue of North Carolina, Jesse Jackson Jr., Maxine Waters, Sheila Jackson Lee, and their ilk are also a part of our problem.
And how about the Congressman from Georgia, Hank Johnson, who is afraid Guam will “tip over and capsize” if we put too many Marines on it? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zNZczIgVXjg
The people who have called for Obama to suspend elections, suspend the Constitution, and just “do what he needs to do” are part of the problem. These people advocate the idea of throwing our system of government away to suit their Marxist ideology, with them in control of course.
Another part of the problem is the deafening silence from Republicans. Obama threatens to bypass Congress, taking actions that are clearly outside his grounds according to the Constitution of the United States of America and they say little or nothing. Why are they silent? Are they afraid of being called racists or are they willing accomplices to his tyranny? Anyone see Venezuela coming our way?
Governing does not include passing out edicts to get things done. It seems to me we had a disagreement with King George III about edicts and became a free and autonomous country as a result. The freedom of the United States of America was won, and has been sustained, at a terrible cost in lives and property but it was won because We the People decided freedom was worth fighting for.
Today we face the same kind of tyranny. We find ourselves living at the whim of bureaucrats who make rules without any regard to the law of the land. If they can’t get what they want by legislation they get it by fiat regulation and Obama ignores court decisions that don’t suit him, as in the Gulf of Mexico drilling issue. We have politicians who pass legislation without reading the content and then tell us that they are doing this “for our own good” and that we “don’t know how to best live our lives”.
I have recently discovered that the federal government is going to take complete control of ALL radio and television signals for 3 minutes on November 9, 2011 to test the new National Emergency Alert System. As an older citizen I am familiar with these tests as they have been going on for many years. The difference is that instead of testing at the local level as has been done in the past this one is going to be a national test, controlled by federal government officials, with government agencies taking control of every signal emitted throughout the nation. When the system was started the federal government notified state and local governments of an issue and they sent out the emergency notifications. Now we have FEMA, Department of Homeland Security (what a misnomer), and other federal agencies in direct control of our over-the-air communications.
Is this an answer to the calls by Democrats for the suspension of the Constitution, suspension of Congress, and hints of the implementation of martial law? Is this more preparation for use of the FEMA camps that have been built across the nation? Add this to the attempt by Joe Leiberman and Susan Collins to give Obama authority to seize control of the internet on a whim (S. 3480) and you have a cocktail for disaster for We the People and the freedom we have known for generations, a freedom paid for in blood and death by generations of our predecessors.
The communistic style of government in America has been growing for many years while We the People slept. They seem to think they now have within their grasp the final step needed to take over our nation and install the tyrannical government they have been working towards. Taken one at a time these things are frightening but when I put them together I find a conspiratorial plan to subvert our way of life, our form of government, and replace it with an oligarchy such as in Venezuela, Cuba, North Korea, China, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and other despotic kingdoms.
We find ourselves at a crossroads. Do we continue down the left fork to tyranny, despotism, and slavery, or do we move over to the right fork and fight for freedom once again? Obama, his 47 Czars, Democrats, and all too many Republicans are on a path to install the oligarchy they desire. They believe they can do so without any real protest from We the People.
Will you sit idly by until you have no choice but to accept the globalist elites who desire to control every aspect of your life? If you don’t have a job now you will when America is a dictatorship. Of course it won’t be a good paying job, probably not a paying job at all, and you won’t have your own house, your own car, a bank account or the freedom to come and go as you wish.
I have seen the results of tyranny in many places around the world. A nation can go from wealthy to poor, from freedom to slavery in a very short time once tyrants gain control. We are not far from that point and when Barak Obama and his minions gain the level of control they want it is over for all of We the People, not just the rich. As a matter of fact, if you look around, the rich are the ones who will come out good because they have the money to buy their freedom, I don’t.
It is past time to stand up and be counted. We can no longer afford to “hope” for “change” in a nation that is teetering on the edge of tyranny. Acceptance of a mediocre candidate to oppose Obama is not enough to insure the freedom of future generations.
I submit this in the name of the Most Holy Trinity, in faith, with the responsibility given to me by Almighty God to honor His work and not let it die from neglect.

You want your kid to grow up a jobless, angry, dirty, demoralized, drug using degenerate?
According to a Fox Poll 26% of those polled wants their kid to grow up to be a Wall Street Protestor.
Well take a good look at the Wall Street Protestors.
If you think today this is a good cause? … you might want to consider you are a “USEFUL IDIOT” being driven by a group of radicals who have used these tactics for years and years.
It does not take rocket science to realize those with a legitimate gripe (and there are many legitimate gripes) have abandoned the “shanty living digs” to return to productive lives.
What is left is the derelict riff raff trouble making dregs who have nothing better to do with their lives but hope SOMEONE ELSE will foot the bill for them.
Why this group of ignorant hippy wannabes is not camping out on the lawn of George Soros, Andy Stern, Jeffrey Immelt, Richard Trumka, Chris Dodd and Barney Franks is a mystery to me.
Who benefited from the government bailouts being blamed on Wall Street?
The automobile companies and unions got the bulk of the money while the TAXPAYER AGAIN GOT SCREWED.
The banks and brokerages got money that went outside the country while the TAXPAYER AGAIN GOT SCREWED.
Is it any shock that SEIU, Moveon (the George Soro’s lackeys) and now Jean Quan, the mayor of Oakland are banner carriers for these derelict squatters?
On October 25th Scott Olsen, 24, suffered a fractured skull as he marched with other protesters toward City Hall,.
Moveon.org and part of the protesters would like THE PUBLIC TO BELIEVE Scott was injured by the police.
HOGWASH MOVEON!
The most likely REALITY IS Scott got hit with a flying object hurled AT THE POLICE by some renegade protestor hoping to cause a riot.
So much for PEACEFUL DEMONSTRATION.
GET THIS GUYS … the POLICE DO NOT START RIOTS they are there to quell them!
Every one of you out there better hope to hell they are around to protect your rear from these same renegades when the come for YOUR PERSONAL STUFF.
From a rich elitist Wall Street protester.
“Here are my demands/solutions behind my support of the Occupy Wall Street Movement. I’ve already gotten a lot of feedback, but comments are absolutely appreciated.”
1. “Ending the Electoral College and deferring to a true popular vote.”
The writer does not understand that without the Electoral College, winner take all of a states delegates system, high population wealthy cities New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago would dominate elections. Candidates would find little or no reason to go to Tennessee, Kentucky, Colorado, New Hampshire, and other poorer, less populated states, and cities. Concentrating political power into the hands of a few elites in large metropolitan areas does not help America and I suspect would lead to secession movements very rapidly.
2. “Banning lobbyists from representing private, for-profit interests from influencing any actions of the federal government.”
Instead of the Joseph Stalin solution restricting free speech approach how about a flat or Fair Tax?
Eh?
Why are the lobbyists in Washington?
Tax loopholes? Money?
Ya think?
Why not a flat 17% tax (no loopholes) and shrinking the size of the federal government to 18% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
I would bet that would lower the rent on K-Street considerably. Treating the symptoms, banning free speech, and not the problem never solves the problem. Killing free speech would drive the corruption underground.
We have to admit that the bigger the federal government is, the more corruption there will be.
Eliminating all social programs and reducing the size of the federal government to 11% would eliminate trillions of dollars of waste and corruption. National defense, and a few other legitimate functions.
Ending free speech is not a viable solution.
3. “Any corporation with any profitable presence in the US must pay a tax determined by the profit margin and total value of ALL assets affiliated with the corporation.”
Is this guy on the Chinese propaganda payroll? If he is then he is smart, otherwise he is a fool.
Yea America needs Soviet style confiscation of private property, not.
If the people like toilet paper rationing and pretend employment jobs like in the former USSR, this is the economic policy for them. For the rest of us capitalist pigs we prefer buying our own toilet paper.
4. “No longer allowing corporations the rights given to individuals in any US court of law.”
How about we just stop bailing out the banks?
Corporations have a right to their day in court and the day we stop giving them that right is the day we become like Venezuela, Africa, and Cuba.
Rationing toilet paper and poverty is not cool. Having a thug steal your private property is not social justice.
Ask does hippie singer Grace Slick own a house? Why? “All your private property is a target for your enemy.” The people should be able to steal her house?
5. “All individuals that have broken the law or profited from a crime (no matter the scale) be held personally accountable, regardless of the entity they are affiliated with, in any appropriate court of law in the US.”
WTF? I do not have a clue.
6. “Make all private dealings of the Federal Reserve public and accountable to the American people.”
I have an idea, end the Federal Reserve and return to free banking. It worked great. Read all about it on Ludwig von Mises. Mises.org It is brilliant! Those Austrian economists are just sooooo cool. Unlike the Keynesian fools.
7. “All federal funds allotted to private entities and the exact use of those funds must be made public and easily accessible by both the federal government as well as the funding recipients.”
Transparency is always good.
8. “Strictly enforcing corporate tax laws and making the closure of all tax loopholes and the protection from new forms of tax evasion a top priority in government.”
I have a better idea, end all corporate taxes. This would do three things;
1. It would end corruption. No need for a loophole if the corporation pays no taxes. Politicians love high tax rates so they can sell loopholes.
2. It would bring jobs back to America, and the people. Wages for the people would increase. Poverty is not cool.
3. It would end the fallacy that corporations pay taxes. They do not. The people pay the corporate taxes in the form of;
a. lower wages that hurts the people.
b. less research and development that leads to less innovation.
c. lower dividend, profits, and stock prices that impoverishes the people.
Americans rarely see through the accounting gimmicks of our tax code. The government sponsored propaganda has generations of Americans stupefied by the simplest of simple economic understanding. Former KGB agent Yuri Bezmenov nailed it when he described in detail how propaganda renders people incapable of logical thought.
9. “Limiting the amount of time candidates have to campaign (1 or 2) month campaign season at most).”
Why don’t we just be honest about this and say the protesters want the incumbents to win re-election, forever. This is the effect this law would have on elections. Back in the USSR!”
10. “Cap campaign donations at $1000.00 per individual person, no other legal entity such as corporations or unions will be allowed to make political donations of any sort.”
Another law to favor the elites and ruling class. These protesters probably never meet a dictator they didn’t like. Stalin, Hitler, Pol Pot, Roosevelt, Wilson, and the rest of the despots love laws that ensure there is no competition in elections. We want only the socialist, fascist, and communist view expressed in politics. All glory to the state! Rationing toilet paper to commence immediately! Save the trees! Hug a tree!
Reading this socialist rhetoric from a young, rich, prima donna, makes me sick. As one who grew up in poverty, on welfare, with a poor education or no education, I understand how lucky I am to participate in a capitalist system, tarnished by government corruption as it is. When you face the prospect of not eating for days it focuses your mind on what you need to do to survive. Running around begging for food from the government isn’t one of them.
Because of government school propaganda people do not understand government does not produce anything. Government takes, steals, from people who worked to produce items people want to consume and gives them to others. If the government did not steal and take their cut of the loot there would be more for the people to consume. It is a good gig when you steal peoples money, and use that money to educate them with nonsense that they need to allow you to steal their money from them, or they cannot survive. Reminds me of Tony Soprano except bigger! Great work if you can get it.
In closing, please watch the video of Yuri Bezmenov who explains the brainwashing process much better than I do.
The US Department of Commerce announced Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth of 2.5% in the third quarter of 2011. These numbers are chained to 2005 dollars, or adjusted for inflation. The chained number was $13.3528 trillion or $15.1986 trillion nominal 2011 dollars. The GDP the nominal growth rate was 4.95%, adjusted for 2005 dollars the growth was 2.44% with the DOC using statistical corrections to 2.5%, the number reported to the press.
The DJIA responded and has increased 11% this month making it one of the best performances in years.
But what is the real picture?
What was not reported with such enthusiastic fanfare is the official inflation rate is 3.9%.
How do the two interact?
If we look at the DJIA over a 10 year horizon we can see where the economy is and why investing in stocks instead of gold, silver, or platinum might not be a good idea.
On October 26, 2001, the DJIA was 9,545, and on October 28th, 2011 it was 12,231. One decade later the DJIA has risen 28% or 2.8% a year. The CPI index rose from 178.3 to 226.889 during the same period or 27.3%. In other words even with the 11% rise this last month over the last decade if you invested in stocks you, at best, broke even.
During that same decade the Federal Reserve has increased the monetary base 296%. Gold has risen 541%, the federal debt has increased 150%, and federal spending 87%. It seems the Federal Reserve and Federal Government had much better decade than the “greedy capitalist” on Wall Street.
The real profit taking this last decade was the Federal Reserve Bank stealing the modest gains on Wall Street with inflation and the Federal Government stealing the rest. Theft by inflation and borrowing.
Historically before the post 1971 fiat money inflation the federal government and Federal Reserve would not be able to get away with this theft. In 1907 when the federal government printed too much money they almost went bankrupt and had to be bailed out by J.P. Morgan.
When Nixon was printing too much money before 1971 to pay for the Vietnam War European Central Banks could redeem the excess dollars for gold. This acted as a brake on printing dollars and inflation. When this brake was removed prices increased from 5.7% annually from 1913 to 1971 and 11.8% annually since 1971 to today.
What this means is that for a century we have been toiling and having our labor ripped off not by Wall Street but by a few secretive bankers at the New York Federal Reserve.
In the coming months there will be the last gasps of the government money bubble and maybe a stock market rally. What people need to be looking at is the official inflation number as well as the unofficial inflation numbers. Currently some economists calculate the inflation number at 10.4% or negative GDP growth. In Germany in the 1920s during the hyperinflation period the stock market rallied year after year but when the inflation died stocks declined 33% in real terms.
Be careful out there and do not get caught up in the hoopla.

Liberals often fail to understand the fault lines that run through the Republican Party. But when those fault lines mirror their own, you would think they’d get it.
Even as President Obama rakes in $35,000 per couple at lavish fundraisers after relying on Goldman Sachs to be his largest single donor in 2008, the left sits in a park in Manhattan decrying Wall Street excesses. The Dodd-Frank bill, sold as a measure to crack down on Wall Street, is killing community and small banks throughout the nation, hastening the day when Wall Street will be the only source of corporate or personal lending.
Meanwhile, on the Republican side, voters have clearly opted for a candidate who came from the private sector rather than one who lived his life in politics, as the continuing collapse of Rick Perry and the ongoing ascendancy of Mitt Romney and Herman Cain attest. But which private sector? Wall street and big business, or small business? Between Romney and Cain, a new chasm is emerging. As Cain put it: “Mitt generated jobs on Wall Street. I did it on Main Street.”
The same discontent that is brewing over in Lower Manhattan among the extreme left is also raging on the right as small businessmen rally to Cain, emphatically making it clear that the needs of big business are not only not their needs, but often are a direct contradiction.
In a sense, the fault lines the Romney/Cain contest is exposing are very similar to those that first made their appearance when Arizona’s Barry Goldwater defeated New York’s Nelson Rockefeller for the Republican nomination for president in 1964. The split in the GOP has only grown wider. The evangelical, small-business, economic-freedom, anti-tax and anti-regulation Tea Party vote is lining up behind Cain. The economic-growth conservatives, corporate executives, free-market economists and GOP establishment are backing Romney.
The emerging contest will not be so much the right versus the center as it will be big versus small, the establishment versus insurgents, libertarian Republicans against social conservatives and, yes, Wall Street versus Main Street.
We are going to be treated to a presidential campaign in which both parties’ candidates will have to cope with increasing animosity toward the greed and self-serving refusal to be accountable that have characterized Wall Street and the financial industry.
But it is particularly intriguing to compare the impetus for the Cain candidacy with that of the Occupy Wall Street group. Both decry the tendency toward bigness and each disapproves of massive corporate bailouts that choose winners and losers. Both are opposed to crony capitalism and do not want the federal government to be a servant of the financial industry.
And both find themselves in opposition to the mainstream of their political parties. The world is indeed round, with apologies to Thomas Friedman. The far left and the far right unite in their opposition to big business and to the centrist establishments of both parties that maintain cozy and symbiotic relationships with Wall Street.
Can Obama continue to run on Wall Street money while backed by Occupy Wall Street foot soldiers? It seems unlikely. Can Cain tap into the resentment against Wall Street that rises from the demonstrators in Lower Manhattan? Perhaps he can.
The real criticism of Obama is not that he is a socialist — advocating government ownership and control of business. It is that he is a corporatist — advocating government control while keeping ownership in private hands. He wants a few big companies and a handful of major banks, the big labor unions and the federal government to work together to divide the pie and deal the cards. He wants to establish here a corporatism reminiscent of de Gaulle’s France and modern-day Germany. Soon the left will realize what the right is already coming to know — that the mainstream of each party is hopelessly in bed with Wall Street.
House Minority Leader pictured standing, far right, speaks while colleagues play solitaire Monday night as the House convened to vote on a new budget.
The guy sitting in the row in front of these two….he’s on Facebook, and the guy behind Hennessy is checking out the baseball scores.
These are the folks that couldn’t get the budget out by Oct. 1, and are in charge of controlling your health care, cap and trade, and the list goes on and on….
Should we buy them larger screen computers – or - a ticket home, permanently?
This is one of their 3-DAY WORK WEEKS that we all pay for (salary is about $179,000 per year).
Wallstreet Protestors Cause Mayhem Get Aressted and Whine.
Have we collected the most stupid of the stupid to display as the Wall Street Demonstrators throughout the country?
Have you listened to what some of them are saying and the signs that are presented? Clearly they are clueless about how an economy works.
This is the Tea Party of the left?
Oh wait the REAL TEA PARTY is not tearing up, peeing or pooping on the street.
The real Tea Party did not taunt the police, need rubber bullets, tear gas or pepper spray.
Nor did they block the roads, bridges, litter the parks or end up getting arrested.
The Tea Party DID NOT leave the areas in total disarray and require taxpayers to fund the bill to clean them up. So lets be honest the only parallel we can draw is they are a “group of people gathered”.
So what does that leave us?
A fairly disheveled, ignorant group who does not have a unified gripe.
Backed by Socialist, Marxist groups, SEIU and now David Duke?
Duke who is bitching his head off about the Jews? Then both black and white SHEEPLE chiming in?
When is it going to dawn on the blacks in these groups that the next group targeted will be THEM?
Apparently it does not matter until?
Their OX GETS GORED?
Oakland, CA city officials had originally been supportive of the protesters, but the city later warned the protesters that they were breaking the law and could not stay in the encampment overnight.
Gee at what point did it dawn on them that camping out in the public square was not legal?
Where on earth do we dredge up these ignorant officials?
Now the protestors are sniveling and whining that they are ousted from their NOT PUBLIC CAMPGROUND?
They bitch and gripe about police doing their job?
That they are being arrested?
The Late Again Obama Administration Decides to Worry About Mortgage Refinancing?
It seems the Obama administration IS ALWAYS A DAY LATE AND A DOLLAR SHORT.
Why is that?
Perhaps we have a whole administration full of corrupt witless fools who somehow BELIEVE THEY ARE WONDERS?
If the problems being caused by this incompetent administration were not so serious one could actually sit back and laugh.
To bad this whole group is not risking THEIR OWN PERSONAL FORTUNES instead of taxpayer dollars.
Should that be the case we would certainly see different action being taken.
Where is the accountability in all of this gross incompetence?
Oh there is none!
Congress is far to busy doing what to solve the issues?
Nothing but collect a hefty check while twiddling their thumbs while America goes bankrupt?
The wall-street protestors should be storming the oval office and congress instead of branches of Chase, B of A and etc.
Now at this late date Obama is STARTING TO WORRY that the housing crisis MIGHT BE strangling the economic recovery?
Why all of a sudden the concern at this late date?
His polling numbers crashing moment my moment perhaps?
It has suddenly dawned on him and his handlers he has about the chance of being re-elected in 2012 as the proverbial snowflake in hell?
Like everything else this President and his administration has offered is either a piecemeal approach or no at all. In this case giving temporary reprieves to the jobless, converting empty homes into rental properties, allowing more people to refinance mortgages hasn’t nor will it help much. Industry leaders and even some lawmakers in the president’s own party seem to grasp this. Apparently Obama has yet to arrive at the same reality.
Interest rates are at historical lows.
Underwater borrowers can’t qualify for new loans or refinancing even if they are current on payments.
Many would-be buyers are sitting on their hands, spooked by the high numbers of foreclosures and vast tracts of vacant homes.
Banks are stepping up efforts to foreclose on borrowers in default.
I know of one incident where a young man could not get his loan reduced to lower his payments for his $180,000 loan.
The bank foreclosed placed the property at auction for the $180,000 IT DID NOT SELL.
The second auction the property sold for $54,000.
What is wrong with that picture?
The bank lost how much?
Or did the bank get bailout money from the taxpayers (FANNY or FREDDY) to close the gap loss?
The question remains … WHAT THE HELL is wrong with this picture?
