Are you sort of HO HUM about the candidates we have running for President and are HOLDING YOUR NOSE at the one in office now?

Feel like again you are going to be voting for the same old … best of the worst?
Well here is an opportunity to have ANOTHER CHOICE.

Check out Americans ELECT 2012

The U S 10th Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld a ruling by U S District Court Judge Vicki Miles-LeGrange ( http://ftpcontent.worldnow.com/griffin/NEWSon6/PDF/1011/SQ%20755%20-%20Injunction%20from%20Certifying%20Election.pdf ) that Oklahoma State Question 755, passed on November 2, 2010, is unconstitutional. The State Question was passed by 70% of the voters of the State of Oklahoma to ban the use of Shari Law, International Law, or the laws of any foreign country in the state. The Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) filed a lawsuit saying the question discriminated against Muslims in Oklahoma. In the original filing, CAIR’s Oklahoma director called the bill a case of “anti-Muslim bigotry”.

“This is an important reminder that the Constitution is the last line of defense against a rising tide of anti-Muslim bigotry in our society, and we are pleased that the appeals court recognized that fact,” said Muneer Awad. “We are also hopeful that this decision serves as a reminder to politicians wishing to score political points through fear-mongering and bigotry.” http://www.newson6.com/story/13581997/state-question-story

The 10th Circuit agreed with Judge Miles-LeGrange and upheld her ruling in an opinion released on January 10, 2012 (http://www.ca10.uscourts.gov/opinions/10/10-6273.pdf)

Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt said that states have the right to establish their own court systems and have a say in which sets of laws are followed.

“With the decision by the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals to uphold a temporary stay of State Question 755, the case will return to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma to determine its constitutionality,” Attorney General Scott Pruitt said. “My office will continue to defend the state in this matter and proceed with the merits of the case.” (http://www.newson6.com/global/story.asp?S=16488715#.TwzF5Eurpbo.facebook

The thick between the ears Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

January 12, 2012

As I watch the news and visit forums of late it becomes increasingly clear that “common logic” or the ability to draw the shortest line between 2 points is a lost art.

I find this amazing because if you take a 3rd grade child it takes them less than 5 minutes to GET IT!

What has happened in society today?

Debbie Wasserman Schultz is the Democratic National Committee Chair.
Honestly is this all the Democrats could dig up to speak for them?

I watched Chris Wallace pound her into the ground like he was a sledge hammer and she was a 10 penny nail.

Subject? … the parallel of Barack Obama as top man in the Solyndra failure like Mitt Romney was top man for Bain in a couple of business failures.

Like most “intellectually challenged” progressives … THE LOGIC for Schultz DID NOT COMPUTE.

Now her logic OR LACK THEREOF below?
The “tea party” advent caused the shooting of Gabby Gifford?

Apparently she fails to realize “THE PUBLIC EN MASS” is MAJOR PISSED at the decline of the economy and citizen rights under the ruler ship of her boss?

Do these people actually LIKE LOOKING LIKE FOOLS in front of millions?
Looks like!
