Santorum suspends GOP presidential campaign

Rick Santorum calls it quits.

The writing was on the wall for him apparently.
That and the health of his young daughter no doubt was a factor.
Mitt Romney appears to be the GOP choice.
Is he going to be the choice of the American people is the real question?

“Santorum, appearing with his wife and children in his home state of Pennsylvania, told supporters the race for him was over, but the fight to defeat President Barack Obama would go on.”

There is no doubt Mitt Romney is much better than Barack Obama.
So will those who visualize Mitt as Obama lite decide to take a chance on Mitt or simply say let the chips fall where they may and stay at home or speed up the process by voting Obama AGAIN?

The next few months will be indeed interesting to watch.

Understanding The Slave Mentality

I visited the website of Ann Barnhardt the other day and followed a very interesting link called Understanding The Slave Mentality .

Here is a clip of what I found there.
It is most interesting and I find it to be right on. It indeed explains why so many remain mired in what they are told (media propaganda) instead of checking out facts for themselves.

I recall Yuri Bezmenov saying you could show the “useful idiots” reality and they would refuse to believe it.

I suppose the real question is how much of society are useful idiots or slaves. The next thing we need to consider if we (personally) are either of those?

The True Slave: The true slave is not a person who has been shackled, beaten, tortured, and made to comply under threat of death. As long as that poor soul has the spirit of rebellion and is ever seeking freedom, they are not imprisoned fully. The true slave is a person who enjoys their subservience, who is weighted with fear by the very idea of independence from the system, and who would actually fight and die to maintain the establishment which enslaves them. The true slave is not able to imagine living any other life beyond his micro-managed existence.

The Facts Lose Value: The worst flaw of the slave is not necessarily his ability to overlook the truth, but his ability to see it, comprehend it, and then shrug it off anyway because it is contrary to his mission to fulfill his private delusions. For the slave, the truth exists, but is no longer useful. Lies make his universe turn, and facts are a tool to be used or cast aside at his leisure.
The whole story …
